Terms of Service

Mystic Veil is operated by the Ukrainian sole proprietor identified above. These terms and the product description shown before payment govern your order. You accept them when you confirm the order and its payment obligation.

We will notify you of material changes by email or in the service. Changes do not retroactively alter paid orders or remove mandatory consumer rights.

We offer digital tarot readings, AI interpretations, subscriptions, a journal, and consultations in the formats available on the site. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection; they do not predict guaranteed outcomes or replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

You must be at least 18. Provide accurate account details and protect access to your account. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized use.

The price, currency, product, billing period and available payment method are shown before you confirm payment. Prices and availability depend on the billing region, not the interface language. Your bank may apply conversion or fees if your card currency differs from the charge currency.

Available subscription periods are weekly, monthly or yearly depending on the plan. Starlight and Moonlight offer all three; Eclipse offers monthly and yearly. A subscription renews at the stated interval until cancelled. A one-time purchase does not start a subscription.

Stripe processes subscriptions and supported international payments. Mono is available for supported one-time UAH payments. Mono charges and refunds are in UAH; a foreign-card conversion is performed by the customer’s bank. We do not promise an exact foreign-currency debit.

Cancel future renewals in Dashboard → Subscription → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law or an agreed refund requires otherwise. If cancellation is unavailable, contact support before renewal. Any trial’s duration, subsequent price and renewal conditions must be shown when you accept it.

We give at least 30 days’ notice of changes to recurring prices. A price change does not change an already paid period. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Digital access opens after the server confirms successful payment. Readings are generated or unlocked in your account; consultation format and timing are shown when booking. A delay or failed delivery can be reported through the contact form with your payment reference.

Consultation charges use the price and unit shown before confirmation. Wallet top-ups are prepaid service credit, not a bank account or investment. Balances in different currencies are separate and are not automatically converted. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

Contact support through the contact form, giving your account email, payment reference and request. Do not send full card details or security codes. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Our additional subscription refund policy permits a request within 7 days of the charge. This policy does not shorten any statutory withdrawal period or limit remedies for missing, defective or misdescribed services. Delivery of digital content alone does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it remains available unless the legal requirements for an exception have been met, including any necessary prior express consent and acknowledgement. Any refund or price reduction required by law is processed within the applicable legal deadline.

Refunds go through the original payment method in the original charge currency. Mono refunds are in UAH. Bank processing times and exchange-rate differences on foreign cards are outside our control.

Do not harass others, impersonate people, obtain unauthorized access, upload malicious code or resell protected content without permission. Automated use that disrupts the service is prohibited.

Site content and software are protected by intellectual property rights. Your journal and submitted content remain yours; you permit processing needed to provide the service. Personal data handling and service providers are described in the Privacy Policy.

The available consultation format and price are shown before ordering. If an AI assistant responds, this must be indicated in the interface. A human response must not be implied where only AI is available.

Do not record or share private sessions without the required consent. Report inappropriate conduct or delivery problems through the contact form.

Tarot interpretations are not a guarantee of future events. For decisions involving health, law, finances or mental health, consult a qualified professional.

We remain responsible for providing the service as described and for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

You can request account deletion in Dashboard → Profile. Data needed for payment records, disputes or legal obligations may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Check and cancel any active renewal before closing your account; contact support if you need help.

We may restrict access for fraud, unlawful use or material breaches. Mandatory rights, including rights to refunds where applicable, continue to apply.

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable law, including the law of their country of habitual residence where it applies.

You may contact support to resolve a complaint, without losing your right to approach a competent court or consumer protection authority. These terms do not require US arbitration or waive mandatory jurisdiction rules.
